Sat 2hrs at 11am or Noon from Stow

Anyone want to join me sometime between 11 and 12 for 2 hours of easy-ish endurance. Ill be throwing in a few efforts, including Oak Hill at threshold and some 1-2 minute hill efforts. Otherwise, 18mph pace very steady. I need to keep the bullets in the chamber for the Prez (aka KoC) on Sunday.

We'll ride west on Hudson rd and then right on Boone Rd...right on rt 62...meet you somewhere in there!
