I don't have the guts or the training to do the Hilltowns race and don't feel like driving out to Hilltowns JAM fundo (it's a fun time though, I've done it once), so I think I am going to stay local and ride the CRW Climb to the Clouds ride (60 miler, including WaWa) out of Bolton. I've done it a few times - it's a good course, plenty of climbing, and a couple of good refueling stations. Anyone planning on the C to C? From Bolton? From Sudbury?
For all you bike techs with all the gizmos, can you give me the data on the climb out of Sterling Center (Meeting House, Rowley, Hill, Justice), the Mile Hill Rd to the visitors center, and Mountain Rd to the summit. Length, elevation gain, ave grade. I have a newer rider or two that may be joining me who have never done it - although I may or may not ride with them especially if they opt for the 48 miler.

I don't have any gizmos but I can tell you that mile hill road is just short of a mile at a steady 9-10%.
The mountain itself is about two miles and has several pitches (with short breaks between them) ranging from not too bad to ouch.

If you go to Strava.com and then click on "Explore" you'll get a wealth of the information you're looking for.

I am going to do the 100 from Sudbury. However the 60 mile loop from Bolton is a great loop!
