While I am very much out of shape at this point, I'm happy to be back in the grind and hope to re-find some rhythm. This should help...

I should also say that if anybody wants to request a later start feel free. I'm all about more beauty rest!

I'm in. I could do later as well but I'll leave it up to the group.

In. I can do later and/or longer. Or I can do standard loop, coffee, then a bonus loop.

7am start is the proposal but lets not change it until Chris B, Mike, and Alan weigh in.

Any start time between 6:00 and 7:00 works for me.

I can't push too late, so how about 6:30?

Alan/JC do you mind taking over the coordination of this ride. It looks like work is going to run late for me tonight so not sure I can get out there.

If im not there don't wait for me. I may just take my cross bike out from stow for some roadie friendly miles.
