Post by mfwestbe »

Good weather to enjoy the end of the week... Given last week's later time requests, 7am clip-in from Lala

I'd caution on a 7am departure. School is back in session, more buses and cars on the road...

Dear Group,

I'm a newbie here and I'd like to join you on this ride if that's okay ? If I can't keep up with you I'll go solo.

Thank you John.

Hi John,

I won't be there tomorrow but it looks like a responsible group that you'll be riding with. FMR is generally:

- roll/paceline the flats
- attack relentlessly on the 5 hills (2.5-5 minutes each), regrouping after each hill
- no drop unless of course you want

Please always note the start time and location because the only constant for the FMR is that it is Friday morning ;)

You're welcome John. Please note though that first-timers buy the Joe for the rest of us ;)

John - I'll also point out that the 6:30 time is a roll out time, not the meet and greet time. Also, as our location and route posting on the 'ride locations' post is out of date as the other place closed, we are leaving from Lala Java on route 20 in Northborough. We'll see you soon
