Who wants to do a long ride ( 85 - 90 Miles) on Sunday morning out from Dave Corso's house. Start time is 6:00 am and we are doing 5+ hours. The pace will be 18 mph or so but it is a hilly course.

Sounds like a nice taper for St. Croix.

I think Mr. Kimball needs a coach. 165 miles in two days is waaaay to easy of a workout 7 days before a race

I've thought about this, and have concluded this is about the dumbest idea we could come up with if we want to have any prayer of a good race at SX next week. Then again, I just ran Boston and haven't been able to walk straight for two days, so.... See you at 6am.

You guys are too funny.... First of all St Croix is not an A race and since when do we need 7 days of recovery after two easy ( but Long) training days. I will see you bright and early on Sunday and will be going EASY on Saturday and Sunday.
