Down graded to OUT. Doing the usual WNR loop at a casual-ish pace from the Berlin PnR 5:30 roll out (unless Alan gets stuck at work, then 5:45).

John, Mark and I bailed on this ride but will be starting from the Berlin Park n Ride at 5:30 (with backup plan to start @ 5:45).
