Earlier this week Fintan and I were talking about riding the Quabbin Road Race loop so he could film it for future training purposes.

Parking: Quabbin Hill Rd, Ware, MA 01082 (at the tower)

Weather... Earlier this week it looked fine. Now, meh. If it's wet, I'll still ride. If it's straight rain I'm out. Keeping an eye on the forecast.

If you really want Quabbin simulation you should go when it's either raining or snowing.
