FMR 4/15 - anyone, Bueller?

Post by jraguin »

OK, I know it is going to be chilly. But the FMR is a tradition like no other (exaggerating here).

Anyone up for an FMR on 4/15? Sun is up so we can do a 6:15 AM start on the traditional route. That would put us back at the Tazza D'Oro / Cannoli Cafe just in time for opening at 7:30 AM. (With that said, Google now says they are open at 6:00 AM which must be new).

For those new to the club, we meet at the Tazza Doro Cafe / Guisuppe's Grill at 35 Solomon Pond Rd, Northborough. Info on the ride is here:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5440
We typically go hard on the hills and regroup at the top so it is a no drop ride. A key point is that it is one of the our group rides where coffee/tea & banter after is REQUIRED (OK, not required, but encouraged!).

Also a reminder to any new folks - 6:15 is the roll-out time... if you're late, be ready to practice your ITT!

Yup, somebody once said "no friends in the morning"

As for me I'm likely out this week but generally in going forward....

Maybe. Car died on 495 tonight so transportation may be an issue.

John, thanks for the offer of extra abuse, but I have to bail on the ride. Can't make the schedule work with Linda's car and can't afford to get to the office too late tomorrow due to a project deadline.

Maybe next Friday will not be near freezing. It could happen...
