WNR (wednesday night ride) 6/1 5:30
WNR (wednesday night ride) 6/1 5:30
I likely won't be there but post up for critical mass. I suspect there will be a good turnout with the weather cooperating and the club meeting afterward. Also check out Scott C's 4:30 option and reply accordingly.
Also there won't be a dedicated sag rider this week so if you think you may get dropped from the B group then plan accordingly (i.e. know the route or have a Garmin). The B group will be a "drop" ride going forward.

In. Will be riding with a young college kid from Boxborough who has signed up for his 1st road race in the 5s at KHMRR. He rows for Lehigh so I may be sag or I may be getting dropped myself!

In for C's if there are any. Could start with B's and be dropped, I know the route.

Hesitating...do any of the women want to make this a team training ride for this weekend?

out, but maybe see you on Oak Hill. Think I'll ride the race course twice really slow. Legs are very tired from KSR
Re: WNR (wednesday night ride) 6/1 5:30
If anyone cares to join me I will ride the normal WNR route to the top of Oak Hill then continue on the KHMRR course for another lap. After that it's either Rt. 110 to Bare Hill and finish the remainder of the normal WNR route, but more likely because of time constraint just take the more direct route via Bolton/Harvard Rd to S. Bolton Rd..kenchadwick wrote: . . . but maybe see you on Oak Hill. Think I'll ride the race course twice . . .

Instead of taking the usual way to the bottom of Oak Hill, why don't we take a left around mile 10 into Harvard center and do the race course once, then continue on regular WNR route?

I'm in for that as I don't think I've ridden the course yet so it would be helpful for mepcollins wrote:Instead of taking the usual way to the bottom of Oak Hill, why don't we take a left around mile 10 into Harvard center and do the race course once, then continue on regular WNR route?
Re: WNR (wednesday night ride) 6/1 5:30
I don't have a problem with that. We could keep left onto Bolton Rd. instead of bearing right onto Slough Rd. or take Slough then left at Woodchuck Hill to Harvard center—whatever. But I'm thinking 2 laps then back to 110 Grill for the meeting.pcollins wrote:Instead of taking the usual way to the bottom of Oak Hill, why don't we take a left around mile 10 into Harvard center and do the race course once, then continue on regular WNR route?

Now out. Sorry JCaputo. Took a branch in the eye at work and I need to have it checked out.

I'm in, hopefully hanging with B's...

In, if traffic cooperates.
