Bike and Beer Jersey: Hit 'p' and enter "BIKEANDBEER"

Join the Minuteman Road Club for their Friday morning ride. Should take about 1 hour.
2 Laps of the London Loop (including box hill). That's 9.2 miles/loop.
Steady group pace of 2.5 w/kg on the flats and throat punching on Box hill.

LAP 1:
Steady 2.5 W/kg from the start to the Box Hill KOM
Attack Box Hill. The leader will act as a back marker on Box hill, maintaining a steady 3.5 w/kg up Box hill (around 8:45 for the segment)
After the banner at the top of box hill, if you are ahead of the leader, soft pedal at 1 w/kg until the leaders group catches you.
The leader will go back to 2.5 w/kg at the banner and sweep up those that are soft pedaling.

LAP 2:
Steady 2.5 W/kg until the start of the Box Hill KOM
Everyone should be behind the leader until we cross the line marking the start
of the Box Hill segment.
Then hammer time from the bottom of Box Hill to the finish line (around 5 miles)
Check out "box hill start to the finish line":

I don't understand those results. When we crossed the line, it was Busick, then me, then Mark. Why are there guys in there now, including more in fron of Busick than I remember.

Also, I thought there were 51 people that started. Why are there only 20-25 guys listed in the results. Do people just drop out?

the snapshot I took of the leaderboard shows me at 6th, John 7th, then make at 8th.
That's the same as ZP, but that was from the premature finish from Zwift. I wonder if ZP is showing the results from the real finish?
Because the order of the riders ahead of me isn't the same.

Yeah, people drop out, or don't post to strava. ZP excludes you if you don't post to strava. I think 29 people finished. At least the last screenshot I took showed 29 finishers.

I've noticed there seems to be a time lag between what your zwift client shows and what the server actually records. For ZZRC the leader would report being 1/10th of a mile in front of me even though their avatar was next to me or only show a meter or 2 of separation. Could be a lantecy/bandwidth issue. Guess we all need to move to CA to be closer to the zwift server..

Yeah, I've seen that too, or we've had a rider who lost connectivity all together so didn't show up on the initial leader board, then when zwift reconnected it inserted the rider into their slot.

Still it's better than the attempts I saw at chip timing at CX races this year IRL
