I'm in for the ride. I am going to start before then to get some extra miles in, if anyone is interested in joining.

I will be riding to work tomorrow and should be able to make it to Stow by 5:30. Won't be riding too hard this week. I expect to get dropped!

Plan to meet you guys on the route. I'm under instructions to take it easy (last day on antibiotics) so I'll hook up for last half.

Alan -- I "took it easy" at Wompy last night and am starting to feel better. I could at least ride in pack without getting tired...going to the front was a different story. The strep infection takes you down 20%+ and residual weakness is expected to last another week. The good news is I should be okay to at least participate in the 50+ race on Sat. I'd be interested in heading down together. I know ML is going for the 4's and he asked for a ride too.

I started a post in Road and then found Gary's post in Road Race Team. I'd like to keep training rides on the open board for newcomers to find. I moved Gary's post to Road and deleted mine. Apparently it keeps a link to the original thread.

I'm in. See you at 5:30pm. Will be interesting to see how quickly my legs fall off after racing at Wompy last night in the rain.

Radar looks very green, with some dark red (lightning) mixed in. I'm not driving at $4.00/gal to get rained on. Sorry.

Hey what happened to you animals?
I was waiting along the S's just before garner rd (short steep climb). Finally saw an MRC jersey coming at around 7 and thought I'd get a head start up the climb and jump on the train at its slowest moving point! But no one came. Waited for awhile and headed home.

Bruce-
I had the mother of mechanical evenings....broke my chain twice and then flatted. The lone jersey you saw may have been me trying to get home before I threw my bike in the woods!!
