Groton Coffee Ride 10/28 - 8am-ish from Stow

Post by JeremyC »

I'm back in training mode and will start posting more rides. Tomorrow I'd like to do a road ride to Groton, stop for coffee, ride back. 3hrs at endurance pace. We can start from my house in Stow or a meeting place. Flexible on start time, could do anytime between 7 and 9. Post up if interested, no lurkers since the plan can change if the group is small. I'll post my address later. The route is the "classic" One Gear Doug route.

Some of us will be doing 45 minute VO2 intervals tomorrow at Fruitlands. Stop by and heckle!

You mean "VO2 Interval" singluar. Yes that's the plan, hence the early ride.

That's sounds awesome. I'd be in for a ride and then some heckling. Are handups allowed at Fruitlands? I've got some wierdo fruit beer lying around...

I'm in. Not sure if I'd classify myself as 'back in training mode' yet, so might get gassed halfway, but I know my way around. Need to get back by noon-ish.

Hopefully you will be good and tired for the Orchard Cross Hurricane Bonanza on Sunday. I'll probably stop by Fruitlands for a Heckle or two, maybe I'll do my openers on the Harvard race loop. I'm not doing back to back CX races again until Northhampton. Good luck tomorrow.
