Looks like the weather will be good. Who's in for a 5:30 roll out?

Brad - bring my lights

Andrew - you won't stop sucking until you start training. So show up

Paul - I don't think the pace will be a problem for you

I guess we'll just have to see. I will try to make it but don't wait for me.

I want to thank all you hammerheads that drove the pace on last night - that was a really tough ride. I wasn't sure if I was going to be ready to race after taking some time off, but after last night I think I can safely say that I'll be able to hold my own in a race.

I agree Alan. Neil, thanks for the pain! I joked with the other guys yesterday that I would hate to see you "in shape!" You put the hurt on us last night.

Alan- You're definitely in racing shape. You were glued to Cort's wheel when he accelerated on those climbs.
Cort- You didn't looked pained as you passed me on the hills. :D

Good riding with you guys last night.

Glad I didn't show up! Got 35 miles in by myself. I'll be back at some point. Working the 7am-10pm shift isn't leaving much room for training these days.

Jim,

1100 or 11000ft? ;) I like Gary's numbers more!

For you smartass*s out there, the Garmin had total ascent feet of 3252 for the Stow loop. Don't know what other people have recorded. Let's say somewhere in the neighborhood of 2500-3000 feet.
