Who is up for a Ride out of Stow on Saturday? I have been MIA the past few weeks with Races, B2B, and 2 weekends away to train long. John and I discussed doing 75 miles or so with a 6 mile transition run. From a pace standpoint we will be averaging 20 MPH. If there is enough interest it would be nice to try to swing 2 groups. We were thinking of a warm up, 2 loops + a little extra and a cool down.
Who else out there wants to connect?

Sounds good but I am going away this weekend -- maybe I will bike the kanc on Saturday.
