Tomorrow is Saturday...
I'm posting my plans for a Sunday cyclocross ride.
Total ride time about 90 minutes.
25 minute warm up, 45 minutes of fast pace, 20 minutes of cool down.
Might do several repeats of a short (< 10min) loop
Ride location is Middlesex Community College in Bedford.

Ian, I'm out for Saturday. But Sunday I'll be trying to get in an afternoon ride.

I posted on the CX page. I'm thinking of riding over the CX race in Bedford , watching some of the action (who knows, maybe even race) and riding back. Need to be home by 11AM or so. Let me know if you're interested.
