Sunday ride -- midday

Post by Bruce »

Looks like the weather is supposed to clear by midday. I'm flexible on start time in afternoon. Also flexible on starting spot within reason from Sudbury.
Looking for a steady, base miles pace for 2 to 3 hours (lots of zone 2). I'm going to stay easy on hills so's not to exacerbate my neck issue ....but it felt okay after today, thanks to methylprednisolone!

Sounds good to me. After today I'd be happy to avoid hills altogether, but if hills are on the route I'll just go up 'em nice and easy. How about starting from the Wed. night Stow start?

Sounds good guys. Climbs will be a lot less frantic than today. Will meet you at 12noon in Stow.

Missed all the rides this weekend due to work , and now there is Snow on the ground again !
( just whinning : )

Hey Bruce .. Thats a steroid ! But not the anabolic protein building type, you may , however , get some respiratory benifits from the anto- inflammatory effects it has ( not just a localized med )

Glad that your neck is better , Nice to read that you are out and about again .

Interested in some hill climbing and sprints when the Weather / roads are better.
