Stow Ride: 6:30 am Saturday (Brick)

Post by teamkimball »

Team
Below is the workout that I am doing out of Stow tomorrow. Who wants in on this? I will only be doing 1 loop of the course so I can do the brick but I would expect that many will want to do another bike loop instead of the run. For those that are interested in a 2 loop bike please post so we will know who is in for it.

Loop #1 6:30am
Loop #2 8:00am ( Please note I am not doing the second loop but I Assume others will ) - Please Post if you will be doing this.

Details on my Workout:
Bike 1:15 - 1:30 ( 1 Stow - Loop )
W/U easy
2 x 12' (4') @ 95-100%/Z4-5.
Then 2 x 15' (2') @ 85%/Z3

Run 0:35 minutes ( Out and Back )
17:30 @ Marathon Pace
17:30 @ 1/2 Marathon Pace

Pattie / Della
That sounds perfect. Each Stow loop is 90 minutes so if you do 2 loops you should be perfect. I will see you in the morning. I am really looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow.

Pattie, almost thought you had gotten him to a 7-7:30 start.
We'll discuss fine tuning of the negotiation skills on the ride!
