I have the rare opportunity to ride in the middle of the day. Who wants to join me for a ride in Westbor Piccadilli Pub
WU: 20-30' @ 65-70%/z1-2/Easy
MS: 3 x 10' (4') @ FT/z4-5, 10' Easy,then 2 x 30' (5') @ 80-85%/z3.
Remainder of available time is 75-80%...or harder if you feel like it.

Note: I just changed to Piccadilli pub in Wesboro.. Sorry about the last minute change... Corso can't get up to Concord.

I would be up for a ride locally around noon for a couple of hours. My legs are shot, but I could handle some intervals.
