FMR?
I have tomorrow off and need to get back on my bike. Any other PTO/slackers/non-motivated employees interested in a FMR reunion at sunrise at guiseppe's? I normally would sleep in but it looks like rain late morning so it's ride early or nothing.

It looks like sunrise is at 6:53am. Meet at 6:45am? I don't know if that's enough time to get you back...
Re: FMR?
I have been a total slacker for a month. I think I have done 4 hours of riding in the last 4 weeks. Would like to try this, but you guys will have to be nice and wait after the hills, because I'm only 1/4 of the man I used to be (but ironically 5 lbs heavier). Will confirm by this evening.

Re: FMR?
Alan. After racing both days this past weekend I now have almost 4 hours on the bike since my first race back in August. So you are just as prepared as I am for a major cyclocross race.

That's more saddle time than me. I haven't broken 4 hours since Sept 1. My wife's had me running to help her get ready for her half-marathon this weekend. I'll just keep thinking of the espresso at the end. See you in the am.
