Saturday Spin 6am - 8am (watch Kyle Race)

I'm not allowed out to play yet but will be on the trainer tomorrow morning trying to stem the loss of fitness and addition of lbs.

As the weather forecast for sat isn't looking to good (70% chance of precipitation all day) I thought some of you might like to join me for a spin in the basement. I'll have the door open from 6am.

Just realized that Kyle's race (IronMan 70.3 World Championships) starts at 6:55 so we can check out his progress on-line while we spin
