Concord Ride Sunday 7/18 EASY 7:15 am

I am doing an easy day Sunday but I will be doing a swim bike run…. Would love some company for some or all of this workout. This is going to be at the low end of my recovery HR zone.

6:00 am Walden 1 hour recovery swim ( Open Water - no wetsuit )
7:15 am Concord Center 1 hour recovery ride
8:30 am Concord Center 1 hour recovery run

Are any of you interested in join me?? Ironman LP is in 1 Week.

Change of Plans..... I forgot that Appleman was today. I will be going to watch the race and workout. The race starts at 8:00.


5:30 am Swim
6:30 am Run

I am going to ride my bike over and bike home....
