Saturday Indoor Spin - Brick 6:00 am Start 1/22

I trust training is on track for everybody. I am doing a 3 hour spin followed by a 15 min Transition Run. Doors open for a 6:00 am start. Will have a Netflix movie showing to help pass the time. Who would like to join me for all or some of this??


All are welcome.

Parking:

3 Car will fit in front of my garage all other cars can park along the woods on the side of my driveway. Please hug the snow bank so my neighbor can get out. There is plenty of room if you put one wheel in the snow. There is also room in the circle to park. If you need my address please send me an email.
