CRW ride Thursday

I'd like to do this ride on Thursday. I'm a newbie, anyone want to join me? What time and where (Hanscom I think) does it start?

Starts from here at 6pm.

One CRW person will call out for new riders to sign a release and once that is done they announce safety rules and then call up the first groups which would be the fast 34 mile loops riders. There is no warmup period at the start the ride, these guys went up the short hill from the start, took a right and immediately began cranking out 24 mph and one guy on a red Specialized would always go 2-3 FASTER mph when he was on the front.

Did it last week and got shelled 1/2 way up Strawberry Hill which at about mile 7 of the loop. Here's the route.

This was a good ride. A little different mojo than Tuesday Worlds, its more the group vs. the clock rather than attack attack attack. Started with a large group of 20+ until about mile 22 when we dropped about half on a hill. Then it was full gas the rest of the way, with only about 4 of us remaining for the sprint up the last hill as people gradually got shelled. Red Specialized was an instigator as Russ predicted. Final stats - 23.9mph for 1:24, more eye opening normalized power of 298 watts for the 2nd half of the ride. Also interesting, the numbers were almost identical to Working Man's Road race. Good training...
