Sunday 7/22 - 11 a.m. - Roche Bros.
Meeting up with Brett R at the usual Westboro location (lot behind RB) for a low-intensity ride in the 2 hr. range. We both raced Hilltowns today so this will be something like a long recovery ride. Start time is firm, sorry early risers.
To climb steep hills requires a slow pace at first.
