Sun 8/11 Morning Ride

After a week of sitting around on the Cape, eating and drinking...I need some fat-burn miles. 3 hours, 55miles or so. I'm going to leave my house a 6AM, pass through Hudson center at 6:15, passing Atkinson Park at 6:30. Concord Center at 7:00, loop around Bedford & Hanscom then back home. Pace will be tame. If anyone wants to jump on, that's where I'll be.
