Moderate tempo with a couple of hard efforts. Openers for Gloucester. Probably skip the lollipop. Coffee.

After last Friday I told myself that was my last FMR 'cause I haven't ridden more than once a week for the past month and I hate being such an anchor. But I can't sleep so I'm heading over to drag my butt over those hills. I will be leaving the parking lot before the official start and getting in an easy warm up on Sawyer Hill. Look for my red blinky thing...
