If you haven't done a group event on Zwift before, it's worth reading this for details on how it works:

(although I think the last person on earth who hadn't done a zwift group ride managed to figure it out last week)
Join the Minuteman Road Club for their Friday morning ride. Should take a little over an hour.
4 Forward Laps of the Richmond Hilly Course. That's 5.7 miles/loop.
Steady group pace of 2.5 w/kg on the flats and and increasing minimum pace on the climbs (Libby, 23rd street and Governor street), ending with a race from the Libby KOM start to the lap finish line on the 4th (and last) lap.
Each time up the climbs, the leader will act as a back marker, riding a steady pace, then dropping back to 2.5 w/kg at the top.
Other riders are welcome to go as hard as they want on the KOM, just soft pedal after the start/finish banner until the leader sweeps them up.
The leader’s pace on the climbs will be as follows:
Lap 1 3.6 w/kg
Lap 2 3.8 w/kg
Lap 3 4.0 w/kg
Lap 4 6.0 w/kg

On the 4th lap everyone must be behind the leader at the Libby KOM start, then flat out race all the way to the finish line.
