Was a good day and group. I'd be cool to get some of the 4s together to practise what we need to do in crits. My first time doing this at Wells Ave. Plenty of opportunities for team work.

I was there in the C group, but not in MRC kit, didn't want to embarrass the club! I've done it a few times, never managed to finish with the pack but I'm getting closer. Wouldn't say no to having others around.
