Wachusett Ride July 4th

I'm planning a 4 hour ride to Wachusett and back tomorrow morning. Departing Northbridge around 7:30. It'll be mostly out and back, about 70+ miles pace around 18 mph if anyone is looking for a long ride.

Was that you that I passed when I was going out? I was on a red Cannondale. I passed someone wearing a Minuteman kit.

I also went up, would have been close to noonish. Was in the red jersey from last year.
Was pretty bummed the water fountain was down. Kind of was relying on that...

It was someone in a blue kit that I saw. I went up about 10:30 ish

I rolled out at 7:30 am and at the top at 10:00. In a dark blue minuteman kit. It's was a great 4 hr ride.

Get any sun burn? My arms got toasty on the way back. There was no shade.

The no shade was what exhausted me... but I wore sunblock, so happily had no burn. Get the arms and the legs...
