Todd,

Look for a long ride post for Sat and a run Sunday. I am racing Sunday, but will be in for portion of the ride Sat. morning.

I would also be up for a ride mid-next week (80+) and a long run.

I just got back from France a couple of weeks ago - did the Ironman in Nice last month.
